Our Cottages
They are conveniently located between Northumberland's Heritage Coast and the medieval market town of Alnwick, with its Hogwart's Castle and now famous Alnwick Gardens. They range from the traditional to the more contemporary and are centrally located for all of the more major tourist attractions, real ale pubs and fine restaurants. Each will accommodate up to 4 adults plus toddler in a cot.
Croft Cottage
Croft Cottage, formerly an early Georgian barn, is our wholly detached single storey. It benefits from a cosy, spacious and wholly contemporary open plan kitchen/living/dining room area, amid open roof trusses and a centrally sited feature wood burning stove. Nestling in the very best of typical Northumbrian countryside, Croft Cottage lies just 3 miles inland from the beautiful sandy beaches of both Low Newton-by-the-Sea and Embleton Bay.

Rock Mill Cottage
Rock Mill Cottage adjoining the Farmhouse and set on 2 floors, it benefits from a cosy, spacious yet this time wholly traditional living/dining room area with separate granite topped kitchen. It also has a feature wood burning stove, this time set in the cottage's original early Georgian inglenook. Only 50 or so yards from Croft, Rock Mill Cottage shares all the external attributes of its contemporary neighbour.

Newton Retreat
This really is a very special Newton-by-the-Sea cottage, and the perfect destination to chill out and recharge in peace and tranquillity. Note: This property is next to Refs. 1153 and 1786, and together they sleep 12.
